You cannot apply for a student visa if you hold one of the following:

Domestic worker Diplomatic and Consular visa (SC 426)
Temporary work visa (SC 403) in the Domestic worker stream

Transit visa (SC 771)
Visitor visa (SC 600) in the sponsored family stream

Step 3- Upload Your Documents

Once your application is filled out, upload all the supporting documents into your Immi Account. Ensure the documents uploaded are recent and relevant. Uploading irrelevant documents may lead to dismissals.

After completing your application and paying the visa application fees as per the Department of Home Affairs guidelines, you can submit your application.
