What is the points test

The points test is an essential requirement to meet in skilled migration. The Australian government awards points to potential migrants based on their education, work experience and English language skills.

While you can calculate the number of points the Government will award you through the Points Test Calculator, you will only be eligible for skilled migration only if you obtain a minimum of 65 points in the points test.

However, the higher your score, the better chances you will have for skilled migration.
