New Zealand citizen family relationship visa (SC 461) allows non New Zealand citizens who are eligible family members of an eligible New Zealand citizen, to live and work in Australia. This is a temporary visa granted for 5 years where you will have multiple travel entries during the duration of your visa.
Eligibility requirements
- You must not be a New Zealand citizen
- Be a member of the family unit of the New Zealand citizen
- The New Zealand citizen that you have a relationship with, must hold a Special Category visa (SC 444)
- Meet health requirement
- Meet character requirement
- Have adequate health insurance
- If you are already on a visa, not have the “No Further Stay” condition on the visa
